华南师范大学（中国）拟定于2019年11月16-17日举办“东南亚论坛”第三届国际会议。
一、会议目的
人类只有一个地球，各国共处一个世界。在追求本国利益时兼顾他国合理关切，在谋求本国发展中促进各国共同发展已成为国际社会的共识。在命运共同体视域下，粤港澳大湾区建设不仅是中国自身改革发展的宏伟规划，亦是中国与世界搭建桥梁，分享发展红利的重要创举。粤港澳大湾区与东南亚隔海相望，唇齿相依，两地的区域合作既有地利人和，又有现实需要。在大湾区建设如火如荼的今天，如何促进两地各领域的交流合作，协同发展，是当下的重要议题之一。
基于此，华南师范大学东南亚研究中心充分发挥“国别与区域研究”平台的作用，将本次会议的主题聚焦于命运共同体视域下的粤港澳大湾区与东南亚。特邀海内外专家学者探讨大湾区与东南亚间的经贸往来、民间外交、教育交流与科技创新等方面的议题，为推动中国与东南亚国家共创合作共赢新局面建言献策，为在“一带一路”倡议下树立“人类命运共同体”意识贡献力量。

五、会议费用
本次会议不收取会务费，参会代表的往返交通费、住宿费自理。住宿地点为华师大厦酒店（标准间450元/天，商务间550元/天，含一份早餐）或华南师范大学周边酒店(价格300-400元/天)，会议主办方协助预订酒店。
六、会议报到：
1. 报到时间：2019年11月15日下午14:00-21:00。
2. 报到地点：华南师范大学华师大厦一楼大厅。
3. 正式会议通知可在报到处领取。
七、论文提纲提交：
请各位与会专家学者围绕会议主题拟定参会论文题目，并于2019年8月23日前将论文题目和论文提纲发送至会议的会务邮箱：ydylscnu@126.com（提交论文的文件名样例：“年会论文+作者单位+作者姓名”）。会务组将组织专家进行同行评审，通过评审的文章将被收录进大会论文集。有意参会的海内外专家学者请于2019年8月23日前将会议回执发回我处，以便中心做好前期准备工作。

Pre-Notification of the Third International Conference of the "Southeast Asia Forum"
South China Normal University (SCNU, China) is scheduled to hold the Third International Conference of the Southeast Asia Forum on 16-17th November, 2019.
1. The Purposes of Conference
Mankind has only one earth to live on, and countries have only one world to share. It has become the consensus for the international community that one country should accommodate the legitimate concern of other countries while seeking its own interests and works for common development of all while pursuing its own development. From the perspective of a Community with a Shared Future, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is not only an ambitious plan for China's own reform and development, but also an important initiative for China to connect and share development dividend with the world. The Greater Bay Area faces Southeast Asia across the sea, and the cooperation between the two areas has both innate conditions and realistic needs, which reflect in the construction of the Greater Bay Area. Therefore, how to promote communication and cooperation in various fields between these two areas is one of the most significant issues at the moment.
Based on this, the Center for Southeast Asian Studies of South China Normal University exerts the role of being a “Country and Regional Research” platform, focusing the theme of this conference on the Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asia from the perspective of a Community with a Shared Future. Experts and scholars are now invited at home and abroad to discuss issues concerning economic and trade exchanges, public diplomacy, educational exchanges, and scientific and technological innovations under this theme. Through discussion, suggestions are expected to promote a new situation of win-win cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries, and consensus is enhanced by building awareness of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.

The conference does not charge conference fees, but the participants should pay for their own transportation and accommodation. The accommodation is located at Huashi Hotel (450 RMB per day for a standard room, 550 RMB for a business room) or hotels around South China Normal University (300 to 400 RMB per day). 6. The Submission of Paper Abstract
Submitted papers should relate to the conference theme, please send the paper title and abstract to email address (ydylscnu@126.com) before 23th August, 2019, (file should be named as: " Annual conference paper + author’s Institution + author’s name"). All submitted papers need to pass peer review organized by conference committee, papers that pass the review will be included in the proceedings of the conference.
Experts and scholars who intend to attend this conference are required to return the registration form to us by email before 23th August, 2019.
